Guidelines for All Members

By registering an account or using any services offered by 55rt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using our platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and 55rt ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This agreement covers all aspects of platform use, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games, bonus claims, and communication with our support team.

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page. We recommend you review this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of any amendments made. The most recent update date is shown at the top of this page.

To register and use the 55rt platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. 55rt strictly prohibits minors from registering or using any of our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited by your local laws. The responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws rests entirely with you as a member.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prevent you from using our services.
• Single Account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Opening a second or multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's information, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your account information should any changes occur.

55rt reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason if we determine that eligibility requirements have not been met or that fraudulent registration has occurred.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must ensure that no third party can access your account without your authorisation.

55rt recommends using a strong and unique password, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings, and not reusing the same password on other platforms. We also recommend logging out of your account each time you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact the 55rt customer support team immediately. We will take appropriate account protection measures, including a temporary account freeze and password reset.

55rt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request is a phishing attempt and should be ignored and reported to us.

All deposits into your 55rt account must be made using the payment methods listed on our Deposit page. Deposits must originate from a valid financial account registered in the same member's name. 55rt does not accept deposits from third parties.

Identity Verification (KYC): Before the first withdrawal is processed, members are required to complete identity verification. This includes submitting a valid identification document (national ID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and any additional documents required under our compliance obligations.

• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via FPX and digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay) are processed instantly. Crypto deposits are processed after the required network confirmations.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen payment method and the account's KYC verification status.
• Withdrawal Limit: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits are set according to the member's VIP level. Higher limits are available to VIP members who have completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawal Funds: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a bank account held in the same member's name. No transfers to third parties are permitted.

55rt reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until an investigation is complete if there is any suspicious activity or unresolved dispute relating to the account in question.

55rt offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus offer carries its own specific terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated in the terms of the relevant offer.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempts to claim this bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real cash (not bonus funds) may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, subject to the applicable bonus settings.
• Certain games may contribute partially or not at all toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Please refer to the relevant promotion page for more details.
• 55rt reserves the right to cancel any bonus claimed through improper means, including promotion exploitation, arbitrage wagering, or any method deemed to be an abuse of the bonus system.
• Bonuses have a validity period as stated in each offer. Bonuses that have expired will be automatically voided.

All games offered on the 55rt platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent testing body iTech Labs. This ensures that every game outcome is random, independent, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 55rt itself.

In situations where a game is interrupted due to a technical failure or internet connectivity issue, 55rt will settle the relevant bet based on session data stored on our servers. Results recorded on our servers are final and binding in the event of any dispute.

Sports Betting: Sports betting is subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance, market settlement, and bet cancellation. 55rt reserves the right to void bets accepted in error due to technical faults or odds errors. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided entirely at our discretion.

Any winnings obtained through software bug exploitation, system errors, or other unauthorized means will be voided and returned to 55rt. Members involved will face disciplinary action, including account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55rt platform and may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the platform, falsify game outcomes, or manipulate the rewards system.
• Money Laundering: Using the 55rt platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorised Automation: Use of bots, automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay or betting.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to the detriment of 55rt or other players, particularly in poker or multiplayer games.
• Bug Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• False Information: Submitting false identification documents, a false address, or any inaccurate information during the KYC or registration process.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or for any other reason.

55rt reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe
• Request by relevant legal authorities
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any disputed balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of our internal investigation. If the closure is not due to a violation, any valid balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe once identity verification is complete.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time through the account settings page or by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

The 55rt platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, outages, or delays.

55rt is not liable for any losses, including direct or indirect financial losses, arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties, including game providers
• Betting outcomes arising from information misunderstood by the member
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages even if 55rt has been advised of the possibility of such losses

In no event shall 55rt's total maximum liability to you for any claim exceed your net deposit amount in the 12 months preceding the date that claim arose.

55rt takes member privacy seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance (including KYC and anti-money laundering), customer support services, and improving your experience on our platform.

All data transmitted between your device and 55rt servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Credit card details and sensitive financial information are not stored directly on our servers; instead, they are handled by payment processors that comply with PCI DSS standards.

55rt is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional hardship. To that end, we provide a range of self-management tools to help members stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Play Time Limit: Set session time limits to help you manage the time you spend on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform temporarily (7 days up to 6 months) or permanently.

While we endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications, we have no legal obligation to do so. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to ensure you remain compliant with the most current version of the terms.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 55rt is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inapplicable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this document, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of each promotion or service, constitute the entire agreement between you and 55rt regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between both parties.
